ABOUT LOUISE JAYNE

Louise Jayne is a trauma-informed coach, counsellor and workplace wellbeing facilitator with a background in family violence, mentoring, community services and lived experience advocacy.

As a former family violence counsellor, Louise has spent years supporting women through trauma recovery, rebuilding confidence, improving emotional wellbeing and creating meaningful change in their lives.

She has mentored graduates at Orange Door, currently facilitating through the Women’s Spirit Project, running workshops with Dress to Success and wellbeing programs for women navigating complex life challenges.

Louise has also contributed to initiatives focused on improving outcomes for women and families, including participation in advocacy and government consultation projects aimed at ending violence against women and children.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Louise delivers practical, engaging and trauma-informed workshops that help individuals and teams better understand burnout, stress, resilience, emotional wellbeing and sustainable self-care.

Her approach combines evidence-informed wellbeing strategies with real-world experience, creating workshops that are relatable, empowering and immediately applicable in the workplace.
